Restorative 60 min This massage includes a focus on specfic areas of pain. This technique uses light to firm pressure and is a balance of relaxation and muscle relief. It is used to relieve muscle tension and knotting caused by stress from environmental or personal factors. RMT Pre-Natal 60 min This massage is a wonderful way to ease the discomfort that expecting mothers may experience while their body is adjusting to pregnancy. This massage is available to women who are past their first trimester. The Scandinavian Baths are not recommended for pregnant women because the hydrotherapy experience can lead to complications.
